This Mount Albert townhouse had been utilised as a rental property for many years, and while it was in fairly good shape, the owner was ready to sell. She knew a fresh and modern space would appeal to potential buyers, so she opted to renovate the two-bedroom property.
Some areas only require small upgrades — a new mirror and updated fixtures in the bathroom — while other spaces needed more attention. The living level got a full refurbishment which included a new open-plan layout to maximise flow throughout the area. Overall, the transformation was a resounding success leading to a property sale in just four weeks.
