An example of the power of a thoughtfully executed renovation, this rural property just outside Auckland underwent a grand transformation. Originally a brick and iron Queenslander-style construction, the client wanted a more modern home that offered better indoor/outdoor flow.

The house underwent a full renovation, with the creation of both open-plan areas and more intimate spaces. The two-level coach house was constructed to complement the main dwelling and provide additional accommodation.
