Refurbishment of McAuley Hall at All Hallows' School by Deicke Richards, transforming a 1950s-era hall into a modern learning environment with stylish finishes and flexible spaces, completed in 2024.
The recent refurbishment of McAuley Hall at All Hallows' School prominently features ForestOne EGGER Natural Halifax Oak and Pistachio Green, adding a modern and stylish touch to the space while preserving the building's heritage elements. Designed by Deicke Richards, the project transformed the 1950s-era hall into a contemporary learning environment, with 12 new general learning areas, staff working and lunch spaces, and upgraded student and staff amenities. The light woodgrain of EGGER Natural Halifax Oak and the soft Pistachio Green create a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfectly blending the hall's historical character with modern functionality. The spaces are designed with flexibility in mind to cater to the growing year 5 and 6 cohort while remaining adaptable for future needs. EGGER’s decorative panels play a key role in enhancing the hall’s aesthetic, seamlessly integrating the old with the new.
