Alma Residence: A heritage-listed home by Studio Gorman, blending late Italianate style with contemporary design while adhering to strict state heritage guidelines, showcasing a harmonious mix of nostalgic grandeur and modern elegance.
A heritage listed residence in the late Italianate style, Alma Residence by Studio Gorman is a grand home steeped in history. Cleverly designed under strict state heritage guidelines, the interior is a beautiful combination of old and new, authentically creating a feeling of nostalgic grandeur. The design presents a fine balance of contemporary furniture accented by more traditional fixtures, such as the timeless Perrin & Rowe tapware used in the kitchen and bathrooms - a sentimental reminder of the historical significance of the building.
