Altitude 80 is an residential apartment complex located adjacent to Albany Lake and the Albany town centre. The project consists of two 38 level towers on a residential and retail podium with 496 residential units and 12 penthouse suites.
The podium offers a large public plaza at gradewith a concierge lobby for residential occupants along with rooftop amenities including a gymnaisum and pool.
The height of the towers allows for sweeping views from the Waitakere ranges to the Hauraki gulf including Rangitoto island.
