Clad in cedar, plaster and black & white, this property is striking from the street. The interior is clean and modern with light oak floors and white walls. The bathrooms have tiled floors with glass showers and wall hung vanities. Large glass sliders in the lounge, dining/living room and master bedroom all lead you out onto the cedar deck, where entertaining is a must. A log burner is a feature in the kitchen/dining/living room to keep you warm though the colder months. The double garage is carpeted with a large storage cupboard and laundry area.

“Buying a home built by BD Construction has been both a seamless and extremely pleasant process from beginning to end. The quality of their homes is outstanding and definitely stand out above the rest. The use of eye-catching exterior cladding created instant curb appeal to my new home. Thoughtful consideration given to the interior design, colour palate and high quality chattels fitted throughout, ensured comfortable and spacious living areas were provided along with restful sleeping spaces and practical utility areas to create the optimal living environment. My completed home is an absolute pleasure to live in. I found the entire team at BD Construction to be extremely friendly, helpful and easy to work with throughout the whole process. I would happily, wholeheartedly recommend BD Construction to anyone considering building their new home.”
