The New York Yacht Club American Magic team needed a base of operations for their campaign on the 36th Americas Cup. Vivian Construction delivered on time and under budget with a 2,500m2 timber fronted tent comprising of a boat shed, rig shed, design offices, team mess & hospitality suite.
Our innovative build was also recognised with a Highly Commended placement in the NZ Building Industry Awards $3m to $10m projects category.
