Vivian Construction was proud to work on the Oneoneroa project with Ngati Whatua Orakei. This large scale development spanned 2021 - 2022 and consisted of 29 new townhouses spread across three separable portions. Each home had a mix of 2, 3, and 4-bedrooms that were primarily made from RibRaft slabs, timber framing and truss, and mixed cladding of brick and Nu-wall.
With our vast experience and expertise, we were able to meet all the building requirements that were set out by the client. Vivian Construction excels in multi-unit dwelling, and we worked collaboratively with the client to create a beautiful and functional space.
We are proud to have completed the Oneoneroa project in late 2022, and our team of professionals provided high-quality results. With a focus on sustainability and longevity, we are sure the homeowners of this development are happy with the results.
