The owners of this Upper Hutt colonial villa contacted Refresh Renovations to expand their home with an orangery. Though this was a big undertaking, Renovation Partner Mark Morrison ensured the project produced an exceptional outcome.

Notable features include a spa pool and glass doors surrounding the entire room. High-end finishes and attention to detail resulted in an indulgent, restful space reminiscent of a luxury retreat. Soaking in a spa pool, protected from the elements, while taking in the incredible views is the pinnacle of indoor/outdoor living, which is exactly what the homeowners wanted to achieve.
