Ready to Retire in Karori

After meeting Renovation Partner Lia Boersma at a home show, Karori homeowners asked her to manage their renovation. With retirement on the horizon, the home needed to be more functional for their future.
To ensure longevity, much of this renovation involved exterior maintenance such as fixing the roof and downpipes, a complete repaint, insulation, and window and door installation. The kitchen was carefully designed to be beautiful but easy to maintain, with a dark grey benchtop and subway tiling.
