After meeting Renovation Partner Lia Boersma at a home show, Karori homeowners asked her to manage their renovation. With retirement on the horizon, the home needed to be more functional for their future. To ensure longevity, much of this renovation involved exterior maintenance such as fixing the roof and downpipes, a complete repaint, insulation, and window and door installation. The kitchen was carefully designed to be beautiful but easy to maintain, with a dark grey benchtop and subway tiling. This project is brought to you by Renovation Partner Lia Boersma from Refresh Renovations. Disclaimers: All Refresh Renovations franchises are independently owned and operated. “Jenelle Winstanley was the lead on our project and she very much gave us 110%. She communicated well, was in touch with regular updates and kept things rolling and on track. She was really approachable and friendly and always willing to be available whenever we needed her. Going the extra mile appears to be her default setting. I cannot fault her support, attention to detail and her enthusiasm for our project. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends.”
