LOCATION: Christchurch
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY: Leighs Construction

The ANZ Centre is the first permanent shopping centre to open after the Christchurch earthquakes and is in the heart of the CBD.
This iconic building was finished to the original program due to our ability to procure the material early and utilizing our vast range of machines with world class operators to achieve a great result for Leighs Construction and the client.
Woods Glass was involved in many elements of this project from 4 sided structural curtain wall panels glazed in-house to a full perimeter under-slung glass canopy on spider fittings to the double height frame-less wall on the Glassons shop.
The ground floor being fully site glazed by our expert site glaziers, over 400 spider fittings site welded to the canopy, the largest canopy panel weighing 650kg.
