Armstrong Creek is Victoria’s largest contiguous growth area: 2500 hectares earmarked for development in the Geelong region, which is itself regional Victoria’s fastest-growing area. Our masterplan for the town centre is the first step in a complex 12-stage, 2600-hectare greenfields development that will ultimately deliver homes for up to 65,000 residents, 22,000 jobs, and a sustainable, walkable, vibrant community.
This fully integrated, walkable, sustainable town centre is a critical first step in an ambitious masterplan that will ultimately involve most sectors at Clarke Hopkins Clarke: education, senior living and aged care, health, community and mixed-use. It will be closely linked to the planned train station and lead the growth of this entire corridor.
