Rather than adding a traditional outdoor kitchen, the design centres around a bespoke dining setting that wraps an existing travertine-clad lift shaft, creating a natural gathering place.
A flush-mounted Cook N Dine UltraDine MO-80 Teppanyaki BBQ Grill is integrated into the custom ModWood tabletop, preserving the home's clean lines and understated material palette.
The result is a refined outdoor space where cooking, dining and conversation come together, enhancing everyday living while complementing the home's coastal setting and uninterrupted ocean views.
