Introducing the Avondale State House.
This Contemporary style masterpiece was brought to life in collaboration with a creative couple with a vision to breathe new life into a classic New Zealand icon.
The design brief called for the creation of a new wing that starkly juxtaposed the original statehouse form.
Our talented designers expertly reconfigured the interior layout to include an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, as well as updating the bathroom, laundry, and introducing an ensuite to the master bedroom.
The end result is a fluid contemporary design that maximises natural light, promotes an open flow, and carefully preserves the original features of the state house.
Filled with aroha and unique touches, the Avondale State House is a testament to timeless design that will be cherished for years to come.
