With a rich history dating back to 1864, Ayrburn masterfully blends heritage and innovation, transforming original farm buildings into a vibrant precinct that celebrates crafted flavours, captivating stories, and the stunning Central Otago landscape.
Our high-performance skylights enhance the Bakehouse’s warm, rustic atmosphere by flooding the space with natural light while meeting the demands of the region’s climate—helping breathe new life into this iconic historic estate.
