Baduzzi: A vibrant dining experience celebrating food and beverage in a relaxed atmosphere, featuring an open kitchen, glass walk-in cold room, BBQ and bar, and bespoke green booths, located at 10-26 Fish Lane, Auckland.
Baduzzi means ‘Food for the people’ this statement was at the core of the brief for this project, create an atmosphere that is all about food, cooking and imbibing, a celebration of food and beverage in a relaxed accessible environment.
A fully open kitchen, (the food porn room) a glass walk in cold room in the middle of the restaurant, BBQ and bar with large open booths in a bespoke green finish all work together to create this relaxed eating house.
