Custom-designed luxury home in Edithvale, inspired by Bayside Melbourne, featuring a Mediterranean modern aesthetic, lightweight cladding, and a rooftop terrace that enhances views of the bay.
An architectural custom-designed home can be a considered, timeless addition to an already spectacular site, and this project is no exception. Drawing inspiration from the client's love of all that is Bayside Melbourne, this luxury home provides an abundance of features all within a small, confined footprint.
Situated on one of Edithvale’s hidden streets, Drake Design has created a summertime dream for the clients of this design to ensure the experience of living by the bay is enhanced and enriched.
The timeless charm of a beachside home is complimented here with the modern interpretation of a Mediterranean modern aesthetic, incorporating a natural clean material palette, with lightweight cladding and natural colours with the upper storey showcasing a rooftop terrace maximising views between the two levels of the home to the water and horizon beyond.
