Cold and poorly insulated, the two bathrooms in this 1910 home were not very comfortable to use, and their designs had aged poorly. For professional assistance with undertaking complete renovations, the homeowner contacted Renovation Partner Wayne Gordon to upgrade both bathrooms.

Replacing damaged walls and installing properly fitted insulation made a great difference in creating a warm environment. However, it’s the underfloor heating that makes the most significant impact.

The frameless shower in the ensuite and built-in bathtub in the main bathroom seemingly blend into the surrounding sand-coloured tiling, which is arguably the most beautiful addition. Although, chrome finishings, floating vanities, and new lighting largely contribute to the bright and airy atmosphere.
