Bayswater Villa Reno

Part of the brief for this Bayswater villa renovation was maintaining its character features. Changing the layout of certain spaces modernised the home. The result was a stunning and timeless design. Light and inviting throughout, the crisp, clean colour palette gives this suburban home a relaxing feeling. A coastal retreat anyone would be eager to come home to. While the Cain Built team carried out repairs in the kitchen, we also added bespoke touches. A tongue and groove ceiling added further to its allure. The master bedroom was fully reconfigured, allowing the addition of an ensuite and office, plus an increase in the size of one of the adjacent bedrooms. The existing main bathroom also underwent a remodel. Overall this Bayswater villa renovation not only made a more useable and enjoyable space, but added plenty of charm.
