Ocean Views Apartment

Our clients were relocating from their farm house into an inner city apartment, and wanted a full cosmetic renovation including paint colours, window treatments, furnishings, bed linen, décor and styling completed so that the apartment was move-in-ready. In fact, their first night in their new home they had a dinner party to celebrate this new chapter of life, and everything was exactly as they needed it to be. 

Due to the direct sunlight that streams into the north facing windows, we had to be mindful of choosing materials that would not degrade in the sun and would still feel soft to touch. The colour pallete was inspired by the view, with the addition of natural jute and rattan textures to bring small elements of our clients' farm life with them.
