Like many Beachlands homes, this house started out as a 2 bedroom 1950’s bach, full of character, with established fruit trees and sitting on a full 1012sqm flat section.

It was originally purchased by our owner/director Gareth Price, in 2003. As his family grew, so did his home, and he took the project on with his family in mind.

With careful thought and consideration, he extended it to include the master bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, additional bedroom with study nook, lounge extension, and complete kitchen and bathroom renovation.

Now with double glazed joinery throughout, the house is a spacious, warm and cosy 4-bedroom family home with plush new carpet, high end appliances and stunning light fittings and fixtures.
