Based in Beachlands, Auckland, Homing Instincts was started in 2003 by Gareth Price.

Gareth has had over 20 years experience in the building industry both here in New Zealand, London and the United States.

Homing Instincts has a team of qualified builders who take their work seriously and aim for perfection. We believe good communication is the key to providing complete customer satisfaction and we hold regular meetings with out clients to ensure the job runs smoothly and requirements are met.

We can project manage any new build or renovation from start to finish including hiring and organising sub-contractors where needed.
