The concept of No 43 is “Contemporary Beach”

The design and Construction of No 43 was complex due to the following requirements.

It needed to be a multi generational space for 2 families offering accommodation for up to 7 people at times and additional guests with ages ranging from 2 - 92. One of my clients was the designer and a new Design Studio was included in the build. The spaces needed to offer areas to rest, sleep, study, entertain and work.

The build followed a Universal Design approach, building an Accessible Environment as my other client who has MS is in a wheel chair. My client has to swim every day so a small pool was also an important part of the build.
