A contemporary extension enhancing garage space and outdoor living, designed to optimize views of Wellington's south-east coast while establishing a modern street presence on a compact site.
With a desire for a larger car collection and to make the most of the outlook over Wellington's south-east coast, the brief was simple – create more garage space and incorporate exterior living at the street edge.
The design maximised both requirements on a tight site and simultaneously developed a fresh, modern street presence.
