The primary objective of this project was to revamp and modernise the school infrastructure, ultimately enhancing the educational experience for its students.

The existing facilities, particularly the relocatable buildings, were no longer adequate to meet the evolving needs of the school community. Thus, a comprehensive upgrade was undertaken to provide students with superior learning opportunities and create a more conducive environment for both teaching and learning.

The innovative design of the project incorporated the following:

  • State-of-the-Art Classrooms: The cornerstone of the project, five modern classrooms were meticulously designed to facilitate interactive and dynamic teaching and learning. Equipped with the latest technology, these classrooms provided an optimal setting for educators to engage students.
  • Student and Staff Amenities: These facilities included restrooms, break areas, and collaborative spaces, creating an environment conducive to productivity and well-being.
  • Kitchen Facilities: To promote healthy eating habits, the project featured kitchen facilities.
  • Covered Outdoor Learning Zones: These spaces allowed for outdoor classes, group discussions, and other educational activities while providing shelter from the elements.
  • Undercover Play Areas

Our responsibilities encompassed delivering crucial cost estimation and planning services, which included tasks such as quantification, value management, and account management. These services were designed to support the project team in efficiently overseeing both the scope and budget of the project.
