The alarm is automatically deactivated on entry and activated on departure.

The family wanted an intuitive yet simple AV system. This encompassed the key living areas including kitchen, living, media and outdoors.

The audio system specified is a combination of architectural speakers and amplification. This provides crystal clear sound quality without compromising the aesthetics of the house.

The client requested easy access to services such as Spotify, Deezer, Netflix and Sky. The Control4 platform provided a beautiful interface to suit their needs. The end result was a simplistic yet elegant system.

The heart of the system is the equipment rack and is where the main central components are. This includes the Control4, audio-visual, networking, surveillance and temperature integration equipment.
