Working directly with our client who designed the home for themselves, we brought to life their creative vision for this unique site.

Built from pre-fabricated SIPs, the home slips effortlessly into its incredible setting, which is believe it or not, in the heart of Auckland's beach suburb of Castor Bay. A living pod sits on one side of the stream and a bedroom pod on the other, with a glass bridge connecting the two. While a roof top deck sits above the living area to maximise the sunlight hours the site receives.
