From inside the house the large windows provide aesthetically pleasing views to the garden rooms, water features and focal areas within the garden. The garden has been designed considering six garden rooms.
The internal courtyard flanked on three sides by wall-to-ceiling glass, providing spacious views from the kitchen and access hallways. There is a front entry into the courtyard garden, which features a pond filled with aquatic plants, a world-renowned sculpture by Brom, and Japanese-inspired plantings and stonework. A tranquil ambiance is created at night through strategically placed garden lighting.
The overall planting scheme for the garden aims to combine Australian native flora with exotic species. The use of various plant species create floral blooms across all seasons, maintaining visual interest and biodiversity within the garden.
