Architect's Luxury Bathroom Renovation

This precision-focused bathroom renovation for architect Francois Brett showcases our ability to execute technically demanding designs with exceptional craftsmanship. The project transformed a cramped family bathroom into a sophisticated space for a family of five, accommodating a second toilet while maintaining an open, spacious feel. Key challenges included creating a continuous datum line throughout the space, aligning grout lines with fixtures and window heights, installing recessed LED strip lighting behind mirrors, and finding an in-wall toilet system to work within precise dimensional constraints. High-end elements include brushed nickel tapware, vertical tile rails with perfectly centered grout lines, and thoughtfully positioned mirror cabinets that enhance the sense of space. The project demonstrates our commitment to technical excellence, clear communication, and our ability to collaborate effectively with design professionals to bring architectural visions to life.
