High-end bathroom renovation for an architect's family home, designed to showcase architectural precision whilst solving practical needs. The project added a second toilet to the home's only bathroom for a family of five, maximising functionality through minimal fixtures and intelligent design.

Key Features:

• Datum line design principle aligning grout lines, basin, window sill, and mirror cabinets
• In-wall cistern toilets with minimal fixtures to maximise space
• Large mirror cabinets providing storage whilst making space feel bigger and brighter
• Custom LED strip lighting behind mirrors, recessed flush with tiles
• Continuous LED alignment creating cohesive visual flow around entire room
• Brushed nickel tapware and shower frame complementing darker tiles

Challenges Overcome:

• Aligning mirror cabinet bottoms with fixed window height whilst fitting in-wall cistern
• Only one toilet brand worked within existing window height constraints
• Achieving perfect alignment of all horizontal elements around room
• Christmas period material sourcing delays requiring alternative solutions
