Chateau Marlborough: Additions & Alterations
Chateau Marlborough's significant expansion project consisted of an additional 36 suites in a three-story building attached to the existing hotel and a new bar and restaurant attached to the hotel’s existing food and beverage facilities.
Challenges of the project included the hotel's continued operation, linking to the existing building, and significant acoustic and engineering considerations. This five star hotel has a high architectural finish with very high specifications and standards of workmanship.
