This project further rationalises the City Mission site in Christchurch and includes three new buildings:

• Short term transitional housing.

• Mixed-use facility incorporating foodbank, opshop, counselling services and offices.

• Social enterprise cafe

Our agenda was to create the functional and attractive buildings the Mission needed to implement their new ideas for food distribution and the support and training of people in need, which extends to hospitality and catering skills. Construction completed in the first quarter of 2023.
