A modern architectural masterpiece in Wanaka, completed in 2022, inspired by the natural beauty of Lake Wanaka, featuring sleek lines, earthy tones, and thoughtfully designed spaces that harmonize with the surrounding landscape.
Our nature-driven home is inspired by the gentle waves of lake Wanaka and the surrounding tones of the shorelines and forests. Cleverly designed with sleek lines, soft architectural curvature, and earthy shades, Clearview is a true ode to the gentle waves of Lake Wanaka
Every space is one to live on, and they were carefully designed with the most exquisite pieces, like the curved timber seat embedded in a schist wall flowing inside from the exterior. A stunning gold and grey sienna honed marble bench with a curved edge rest in the kitchen area.
The master bedroom is one to die for. It includes an in-built desk for study or vanity, a spacious bathroom, a large walk-in wardrobe and a 360-degree view for full enjoyment of the lake and mountains sights.
The second floor offers ample space with a bedroom with an ensuite, two separate bedrooms with a main sharing bathroom, a walk-through laundry room and a double garage with extended depth for boat storage.
