A stunning Fendalton residence featuring a seamless flow of natural light, sophisticated design elements, and a harmonious blend of classic and modern aesthetics, crafted in collaboration with Sheppard & Rout and Modi Design.
Collaborating with architects, Sheppard & Rout, Mark and his team have created an iconic Fendalton residence with living areas bathed in natural light, sophisticated room to room flow and elegant low lying building form.
This beautiful home epitomises dedication to the craft and the years we have spent honing it.
Texture, light, colour and form all combine to create a structure that is an architectural artwork. A cedar and plaster exterior that creates a sense of permanence and place.
An interior replete with the finest textiles, fixtures and fittings. Modern decor, elegant technology and a divine marriage of classicism and the avant garde.
We really love this house.
