College Hill
This villa shines brightly in the morning sun on College Hill. Fortified Construction and their team completed a large-scale renovation on this once rundown house and transformed it into a commercial space. From the piles and subfloor framing to a new colour steel roof, this house was completely transformed. Internally, the kauri timber floors came up beautifully after years of being covered by carpet.
All skirting boards and architraves are kept in traditional villa style, with two new bathrooms and a kitchen fitting in nicely. On the outside, the timber weatherboards were completely stripped back before being painted again making the cladding look brand new.
We used permeable concrete for all the paths and car parking area to allow for good drainage of any surface water which turned out really well!
