CR commissioned Izzard Design to refurbish their existing cellar to compete with world-class cellar doors around the world, and of course much research ensued.

It seemed obvious to us to remove the old fashioned approach of standing at a long bench spitting wine in a bucket, not attractive and seemed to create an us and them unapproachable environment. So to turn this on its head we proposed a seated tasting at beautiful bespoke NZ leather clad booth seating and bespoke retail display to hero the wine.
