JBH Building are proud to present Crawford Home - a stylish, contemporary residence in the heart of 2019. Representing a perfect fusion of modern living and our signature approach to craftsmanship, Crawford Home is an exemplar in high-quality residential building.
This single-house design features two distinct bedroom wings bisected by an expansive living space, resulting in a perfect balance of function and form. The joinery units are large-format for added volume and light, while the timber and stone materials create a solid connection to the natural surroundings and an aura of comfort and ease.
At JBH Building we have long-held an appreciation for ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) structures and their many advantages for robustness, durability and energy efficiency. Leveraging this material for Crawford Home and other residential builds has been an incredible boon for both us and our clients, and a natural choice in design.
