Creating options to Own Your Freedom.

About 18 months ago, Therese had purchased a little lifestyle block in Mangatoki. This is her story about working with Modern Building Solutions.

"We wanted to find something to get a good return for the money we had invested in the property, and we thought transportable cabins would be a good idea. So, I just started googling and came across the Modern Building Solutions website, and that's where it all began.

The whole process was super-easy. Basically, all we had to do was tweak the design to suit our needs, then choose the furnishings, coverings, splashback, and what door handles we wanted - so we could personalise it to suit us.

We have some very exciting plans ahead, as our second house is arriving. The second home is also going to be an Airbnb. We've had such success with our first ones we are going to give the second one a go as well! When the opportunity arises, I'm pretty sure there will be a third.

The whole process, from start to finish, has been so easy. From the first communication I had with Andrew to viewing their cabins in Ngaruawahia, where we were taken through the factory (which we were very impressed with) all the way through to the delivery of our cabins."
