Cromer House completed in 2021 is a stunning example of a Cottage style renovation project by Site Specific Designs. A first floor was added and the ground floor extended to create a large new living space with a timber floor that is both elegant and practical. The highlight of the extension is the beautiful entertainers deck, perfect for enjoying the afternoon drinks with friends and the distant ocean views.

A dream garage was also included in the renovation, carefully designed to blend in with the rocky site on which the house is perched. The result is a seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living spaces, making Cromer House a true masterpiece of modern home renovations.
