Freshwater: A modern home completed in 2021, featuring a bold design that enhances indoor-outdoor living, a striking roof shape for curb appeal, and a sun-drenched courtyard that fills the living areas with natural light.
This project showcases a bold and modern design that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. The striking roof shape adds great street appeal, whilst the new entertainers Kitchen opens to the courtyard and creates an open flow making this small home feel big. The sun drenched North facing courtyard fills the main Living areas with light all day, making the home a joy to be in.
The Modern building style of Freshwater embodies the essence of contemporary living. With a focus on creating a space that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing, this renovation truly pushes the boundaries of functional design.
