Dexters Retreat, Raglan Lifestyle
Dexters Retreat, Raglan Lifestyle, completed in 2022, is a stunning example of modern architecture set in the picturesque Waikato Region. The challenge of the sloping site was expertly met with a design that maximised sunlight and indoor-outdoor flow. The use of vertical Western Cedar cladding and industrial concrete features gave the building a unique character.
The interior of the property features carefully chosen materials such as birch plywood and oak cabinetry, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The structural challenges of the project were overcome with innovative solutions like engineered steel portals and tilt concrete walls. Every detail of this luxury estate was meticulously planned and executed, resulting in a truly stunning home.
