Large windows throughout the house provide plenty of light, while the open plan kitchen and lounge have a high, spacious ceiling making the house feel much bigger than it is. Most of all, we are proud to say that this house took out the Future-Proof Building New Home award for Hawkes Bay – at the East Coast, Master Builders Awards in 2016.
