Award-winning Dornbusch House features clean lines, stunning coastal views, and an impressive indoor/outdoor flow, showcasing the best of contemporary architecture in Hawkes Bay.
This House of the Year winning building encompasses everything that Building Logic loves about their buildings. Clean lines and a simple aesthetic make this beautiful white property stand out on the Hawkes Bay coastline.
The spectacular views are enhanced with lounge and decking that provide a stunning indoor/outdoor flow and expand the living area's floor plan significantly. Large windows throughout the house provide plenty of light, while the open plan kitchen and lounge have a high, spacious ceiling making the house feel much bigger than it is. Most of all, we are proud to say that this house took out the Future-Proof Building New Home award for Hawkes Bay – at the East Coast, Master Builders Awards in 2016.
