Dravitzki Brown Office
We love exciting Architecture, and taking risks with our own home means we've perfected things before we design yours.
Pushing the boundaries of residential construction methods, the Dravitzki Brown Office was fabricated offsite within the confines of a steel engineering shop. Our home was then transported to the site and installed.
It is a self-supporting exposed structural steel frame which sits lightly above the ground on eight points rather than the traditional concrete slab. This method enables the structure to be exceptionally sound in a large earthquake scenario.
Steel detailing is extremely technical so we use precise 3D modelling to ensure the successful realisation of the design once onsite.
