Ebbett Gateway

Located in Te Rapa, Hamilton; The Ebbett Gateway houses the Ebbett General Motors & Ebbett volkswagon Showrooms, service centres, paint/tyre shops and offices.

Architects Chow Hill engaged Megafloor to provide our HIGH STREET polished concrete floors throughout the project & Megafloor's parent company; Polished Concrete Limited, for the install.

Megafloor was selected for this project due to our consistency of quality guaranteed throughout New Zealand through our network of trusted installers, allowing for a 5 year product warranty and 2 year workmanship warranty. Further, HIGH STREET is a mechanically polished surface with no coatings. The floor has a long service life and high strength reducing maintenance and the environmental burden to a minimum.

HIGH STREET is the most recognisable and preferred diamond polished finish. The process requires the removal of 3-5mm of the concrete laitance to reveal the underlying aggregates. The floor is ground flat leaving a mixture of heavy stone and fine aggregates that are then resin diamond polished. The floor is created using well established Megafloor processes with internationally recognised and quality assured, equipment, tooling and chemicals.
