“What we were looking for in our builder was an excellent result at a fair price delivered through transparency, integrity and efficiency. LOC construction delivers on all counts. The work they do is of the highest standard. Their longheld reputation means that their subbies are also well regarded and experienced in their professions too.The work was done absolutely to schedule and they left my property tidy not only after the job was completed but during it. Building is a stressful time and LOC construction reduced this enormously by keeping us completely informed throughout the process. Invoices were detailed and regularly sent. No surprises! I have no hesitation in recommending their team. They make building as stress free as you could ever get!”
