New Zealand Heritage Listed Renovation Take a look around Kate Sheppard House. We recently completed this very special renovation project which included new decks and patios and an interior refurbishment. As a heritage-listed building, we needed to ensure that all works were carefully completed and the original house was protected and preserved as much as possible! Kate Sheppard House is now officially open to the public and is definitely worth a visit! We’d like to thank our clients Heritage New Zealand for choosing LOC to complete this wonderful project. Grand Opening This was a great project to work on and we are so happy with the finished outcome which has been opened to the public by Jacinda Adern in late 2020. “What we were looking for in our builder was an excellent result at a fair price delivered through transparency, integrity and efficiency. LOC construction delivers on all counts. The work they do is of the highest standard. Their longheld reputation means that their subbies are also well regarded and experienced in their professions too.The work was done absolutely to schedule and they left my property tidy not only after the job was completed but during it. Building is a stressful time and LOC construction reduced this enormously by keeping us completely informed throughout the process. Invoices were detailed and regularly sent. No surprises! I have no hesitation in recommending their team. They make building as stress free as you could ever get!”
