Federal Street Mixed-Use Tower

This Auckland tower not only creates a new silhouette for the city skyline, but also adds to the streetscape.
Taking both the city and street scale into consideration, Federal Street Tower plays a key role in defining the city’s skyline and engaging the ground plane. The building sits gracefully within the skyline’s silhouette, offering a bold geometry whose edges have been softened from the hard lines of a strictly rectilinear plan.
