A new cafe for the lovely folk at Fort Greene, on Karangahape Rd. The best bread in town! The challenge with this project was to fit all their heavy duty baking ovens and still have enough space for customers! Working with a tight budget, the texture of the old building was left in place to celebrate its heritage.
