Giraffe by Simon Gault (named by his 5 year old daughter) is a celebration of his career as master chef and celebrity, lengthy research and attention to details creates a truly open dining experience where customers can actually stand in the kitchen and still be in the restaurant and watch his talents in the flesh. The restaurant truly pushes the boundaries of open cooking with front of house pantry to kitchen and then to bookable bar with equally bespoke dining area focused on tis engine room.
