Additions and alterations to an historic villa in Parnell. The clients wanted to continue with a villa theme so that the new additions fitted seamlessly into the whole scheme. The house had two street frontages and needed updating to the rear. The new additions gave the back of the house presence to the street, and better functionality with a new garage, large family room and kitchen and out door living.
