Planit Construction completed Glenmore Street, a contemporary renovation in 2020. Architecturally designed by Parsonson's Architects, it is situated in a tranquil location overlooking Wellington's Botanical Gardens.
The house was built to be a Passive House, with beautiful landscaping to match. Inside, you'll find an open plan space that makes the most of its surroundings while preserving the tranquillity of the area.
This project was a big winner! It took home Local Supreme Winner at the Master Builders House of the Year 2017, as well as Gold Award, Lifestyle Award Winner and Local Category Winner in the same year. Planit Construction has crafted a stunning renovation that perfectly captures a modern, tranquil living space to take advantage of the beautiful views.
